About Us
Ranzau Corporate Finance Limited (‘Ranzau’)
was established to focus particularly on advising owner-managed companies
and their shareholders on selling their businesses, making strategic acquisitions
and raising additional capital.
Its formation was a joint venture between Hewitsons LLP
(a leading
regional law firm) and two entrepreneurs with professional backgrounds and
successful track records in founding, operating and selling businesses in diverse
market sectors.
The Directors of Ranzau are qualified lawyers or chartered
accountants each with many years experience in mergers, acquisitions
and disposals as senior legal or City advisers or as principals of their
own businesses.
